3. How about the tolerance?

Mold tolerance is 0.01 mm, Product tolerance is 0.025mm.

4. What steel do you usually use?

We usually use steel of P20, H-13,S-7,420,420SS, NAK80, 1.2311,1.2738, 1.2343/1.2344, 1.2083, 1.2316, etc.

5. What standard components do you usually use?

We use standard components from LKM, DAIDO, HASCO, DME. (Hot Runner: MOLD MASTER、HUSKY、DME、HASCO、INCOE、THERMOPLAY、YUDO, etc.)

6. What do you need for a quick quotation?

We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed information during working days.We need 2D part drawing & 3D drawing, and specific mold or part requirements. 2D File Format dwg /dxf /pdf/jpg, 3D Model Format step /x_t /igs /prt

7. How about your mold payment?

Mold payment terms:50% at order, 40% at first payment, 10% before shipping the mould.

8. What software you will use to check the drawings?And what format of drawing you can check?

Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD,Pro/E,UG and Soliworks software to check 2D and 3D drawings.
We can check the drawings in PDF, AI, DWG (CAD) and STP (3D) or IGS (3D),x-t formats.

We have ISO9001 management system certifications, including the whole process control from raw material procurement to final product testing, to ensure that our products meet the technical requirements and standards of our customers.

11.What is your production lead time ?

We can fulfill orders quickly, but lead times depend on a few factors, such as the manufacturing process, order quantity, and part complexity. CNC machined parts can take as little as 5-10 days, 3D printed parts can take as little as 3 days, while moldings
made via rapid tooling can take as little as 20 days.production mold takes 35 days to 45 days , depending on the specification of the mold and the complexity of the structure. For your urgent projects, We can work overtime to shorten the delivery time.

12. Can you help assembling and production after finishing the moulds

Yes, of course ,after the injection mould is ready ,we can help to make low volumn and high volumn production ,second operation ,
assembly,silkscreen ,painting ,electroplating,untra welding ,and packaging , ship customers the finished products

13. What certification does your company have ?

We have ISO -9001 Cerficiation and also available for more certification that customer requires

14. How Does your company assure our IPR(intellectual property protection )

We’ve been doing business with foreign companies for more than 18 years , we know well IPR is rather important for customers

15. What’s your after sales?

After sales:Our customer’s mold drawings and the whole data will be kept in database for 5 years at least. So that When you need technical support or service,We can be easy and possible to serve you and your customers.
