For each project, We will be very careful, and arrange one project engineer to manage it from the very beginning DFM，Design to mold and part final approval. this helps your project goes smoothly and well under control. Cost Control:

Design Control:

We will have a pre-design meeting with our project dept., design dept. and manufacturing dept., to work out the best solution for mould making.5 mould designers can finish the design tasks efficiently.Every 2D/3D design will be approved by our design manager who have profound experience in mould making and plastic material.

We will send the mould design to you for final approval, then start the mold making.

Engineering and Manufacturing Control:

Project engineer will conduct the detailed analysis of the math data and comprehend your requirement and pass to design and manufacturing department.

Project engineer offers professional suggestion to design dept. after comprehensive analysis of mould and injection material, remarkably enhance the design quality.
